Between 09:40 and 10:20 PST on Tuesday, May 3 2022, our notification email and export task systems experienced an outage. Notification emails were not sent during this time. Purchase order emails were unaffected. Exports prepared during this time did not complete. For exports which failed during this time, which currently show as "Preparing", we suggest creating new exports to download data. Thank you for your understanding.
