Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where if you have Master Data Sync enabled for Netsuite (Pulling vendors from Netsuite). All vendors are showing as Deleted.

We are working with our Integration Partner for a fix and expect vendors will be re-added soon.
